Kraken and the Environment
Love of the underwater world and the enviornment is the main thing that drives our instructors to pass on knowledge to the divers and snorkellers who visit us.

It has lead Margot and Rob to be part of various organisations other than PADI Aware who aim to help look after the underwater world in particular, which we'll take about a little more below!
Ghost Fishing UK
A group of highly trained divers committed to safely removing harmful ghost gear from the sea while ensuring minimal environmental impact. By combining expertise with eco-conscious practices, we’re making strides towards healthier oceans.
We aim to work collaboratively with the fishing community by promoting sustainable fishing practices and educating fishermen on the impact of lost gear. We have involved the fishing community in recovery efforts and return any recovered ghost gear that can be used again, fostering a cooperative approach to protecting marine ecosystems.
